Hi I am looking to sublease my place at the cottages for the summer. This room is part of a 4 bed/4 bath. You will have your own bathroom. There will be 3 other wonderful girls here. Rent is around $730-$750 a month including utilities. Which range around $40-$50. It is a furnished place and since it is short term I am willing to leave my tv in the room and some other things if needed. It is no animals allowed. You also will be required to pass a background check. Some things that come with the place and community are: In unit washer and dryer Free uncovered parking/ covered parking for $50 a month Internet Outside pool and hot tub Sand volleyball Outdoor grilling stations and fire pits Hammocks 24- hr fitness center Steam and sauna rooms Study spaces etc.

About the roomies
The other girls are all very nice and usually to themselves. They are all very clean and pick up after themselves.
