Glen Street

A three family home. Landlord is live in on the first floor. My apartment is on the second floor. It’s a 3 bedroom apt. 2 rooms are available. Not furnished. Kitchen is currently being renovated but still accessible. Shared laundry room. Electricity is covered in rent. House heating is based off oil which is also covered in rent. Parking on street. Close to Stop and Shop and some fast food chains. About 8 minutes or so to the mall. Sorry but no pets.

I am 26 years old have been living here for about 3 years now. Ex used to live there as well but they moved out and took most things with them. I have a rabbit so you must be comfortable around him. He does roam around but only when I’m home. I am a pretty clean person and expect you to be as well. Meaning picking up after yourself and helping taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom,kitchen (shared common rooms). I would prefer someone who does clean well like scrubbing the tub, cleaning out the fridge as I do so myself.
