Nikki's room

I have a 3 bedroom house and looking to rent out one of the rooms. You will have your own bathroom unless people are over then they will use both bathrooms. You will have access to all the house (except my bedroom). There is a washer and dryer you can use as well. The utilities are included in the rent price. There are 6 acres of property you can use and a huge outdoor patio.

I am a 40 year old lesbian and I live with my 1 dog, 2 cats and 11 chickens. You MUST be LGBTQ+ friendly. I love board games, hiking, camping and traveling. I am easy going and willing to give you space or hang depending on your preference. I do host a monthly gaming meet up on a random Sunday.
