Full house, shared kitchen and Laundry. Access to a garage. You have your own room and bathroom, you can furnish it the way you want….I just ask not to paint the room!

I’m a professional who travels for work and stays in Tampa majority of the time to take care of elderly parents. I do come home once in a while. I expect a clean house and no parties as this is a residential neighborhood with families with small kids. We split all bills, which are internet, electric, gas and water. Budget around $170/month…which of course depends on how much you use!
