This is a modern (2006 built) 1,855 sq ft second floor condominium and the room for rent is large (11’ x 14’). It has both a large ceiling fan/light fixture as well as a large, remote controlled fan. Furnishings include a floor based full-sized bed as well as a full-sized bunk bed, reclining leather couch, night stand, dresser and bookcase. I can provide linens and towels. There is a large side and back yard and a community pool right next to my unit which isn’t used that much. You will have pool privileges. You don’t have to worry about noise as this condominium has solid concrete (not concrete block or wood) party walls. There is a lake with a fountain behind the unit and a wildlife sanctuary in front of it. The complex directly adjoins Turtle Creek Golf course and is literally yards from the Rockledge/Fiske Blvd exit (No. 195) off of I-95. Walmart, Target and a large outdoor mall complex with department and specialty stores, numerous restaurants and a movie theatre complex are all within 5-10 minutes driving distance.

The ideal candidate will be a male college graduate or a military officer aged 25-45. Holding a bachelor’s degree and working as a white collar professional is a requirement as well as a congenial personality and a clean living style. However, I will not turn away a good candidate who comes very close to ideal.

I am retired Air Force and have three boys ages 18, 20 and 23. My 23 year old lives at home and my other children live here part-time during normal college breaks, but aren’t home that much even then. Their mother lives nearby and they live there part-time too.

I have a small well-groomed and obedient 5-year old sheltie/shetland sheepdog. We always keep the common areas very clean and picked up.

The rental room should be kept clean with no left over food and drinks present (for insect prevention purposes).
