High end home with plenty of room to spread out in common areas inside and out. Lots of amenities including streaming services, hot tub, screened porch, ping pong, two projection areas for movies and videos and more! Very friendly and social atmosphere. All of my roommates have always become great friends who enjoy each other’s company and become ‘family’.

And quite notable us the extensive hiking very nearby in the area.

Location: My home is located in an exceptional neighborhood of Austin called Great Hills Reserve in code 78759 near the Arboretum. The area is characterized by hills, trees, nice homes, good shopping, many restaurants and nature greenbelts with hiking trails and wildlife. Neighborhood is very diverse and friendly. Great area for walking, running, cycling and hiking. The area is in the top category for safety in austin. Looking for someone who is kind, considerate, honest, social, responsible, tidy, professional, regular employment and communicates and relates well with others. No large parties unless there is an agreement with all roommates. Responsible and considerate about frequency and quantity of guests.
