About the room
I am looking for a male roommate. Room rents for $450 plus a $150 deposit. The $450 includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Roommate will have access to kitchen, dining room, living room and to the washer and dryer. Room is furnished and it is for one person only. No pets.
Room will be available on 4/1/23.
House is located on Louisiana Avenue off Santa Fe Street in the Del Mar Area. House is a couple of blocks from Cole Park on Ocean Dr. The location is perfect for someone who works at NAS or for someone attending TAMUCC or Del Mar College.

I am looking for a male roommate who is responsible, clean, and easy going. Prospective roommate should be a non-smoker, should not do or sell drugs and he should definitely not have a criminal record. In addition, he should be employed or be a college student.
