I have a 1 family 5 bedroom, 1 bedroom basement apartment(taken) 3.5 bathroom home in Dover Delaware. All the rooms are rented except 1 side of the Master Suite, its fully furnished. I’m renting the room out as a Shared Room, 2 queen beds(you can decorate your side of the room as you please) 2 walk in closets, a shared bathroom, the shower and bath tub are separate and double sinks.
