I am the owner of the house and live there part time. I rent two rooms out on a month to month basis, so there is never more than 3 people living in the home. There is one room available now with a private 1/2 bath with a twin bed. This other room with a queen bed, the tenant just gave notice as she found a place closer to her family. I prefer easy going people that are mostly quiet, clean up after themselves and respectful of others. Visiting Nurses and PNNL Interns tend to be my regulars.
