East 130th Circle

We have a room available in our finished basement. There is a full size fridge in the spacious living room which also includes a couch and basic living room items. We have a cleaning lady that comes once a week. She will clean the living room and bathroom, that will be at no additional cost.

This is a 6 bedroom house and the main level is welcome to everyone! There is a library, full kitchen, living room. We have a few animals, dogs and cats; they love people.

We are only 25 mins from Downtown, 30 mins from Boulder and 10 mins from the light rail.

We often cook family meals for everyone, have BBQS and game nights.

My husband and I live here with my 16 yr old sister so I would prefer another woman to live here.
