Just bought a townhouse and am looking to subsidize my mortgage with rental income. 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom. 3 story. All bedrooms and laundry are on the 3rd floor. There are 3 cats on property. No smoking. Security system in place. Renter will receive their own code. Looking for a student, Govi, or professional who won’t cause drama or trash my place. Internet is suitable for remote work.
