Grace's room

Room with shared bathroom for rent in a beautiful Temecula house with kitchen, laundry, and backyard access. Tenants must be able to pass a background check and have full-time employment or be full-time students. Must have own transportation and can park on the street in front of the house. No pets or children. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or use of any legal or illegal substances. Male tenants preferred.

You would be sharing the house with a young professional male who is home mostly at night and weekends. I don’t live at the house but I work downstairs during the week and I leave around 6PM.
