Beautiful, sunny room on the first floor of a lovely three-story house in suburban New Rochelle, located right behind Iona college. There is tons of space, a modern bathroom, a large kitchen with two ovens. A washer and dryer, as well as lots of additional storage space is located in the basement. Tidiness is an absolute must. Absolutely no smoking of any kind, no pets, no house parties, and no long-term overnight guests are allowed. Rent is $908 a month with one month’s security deposit required. Utilities are not included but range between $30-$90 a month. Females only.

You would be sharing the home with two friendly women in their mid-twenties. I am 23 years old, I babysit and I have a small online bakery that takes up most of my time. I’m very extroverted and friendly but keep to myself unless you want to chat. I spend lots time in the kitchen but will always have free desserts for you! My roommate is quiet and friendly and spends most of her time out of the house.
