Sam's room

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Right now my roommate and I are only using 1 bathroom for showering and storing toiletries, so you would have the other bathroom mostly to yourself. The house has central AC, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and in-unit laundry/dryer.

The house is located south east of Lake Harriet just a few blocks from Minnehaha creek. Due to its location near the creek and lake there are some awesome walking/running/biking trails really close to the house. You can also walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, groceries, and cafes.

Rent is $925 / month + utilities, which we split evenly. The room is available starting May 1st, but you could move in a bit earlier if needed. The room is only available until the end of September.

I am looking for a male roommate to move into an empty room we have at our house! I am living in the house now with a friend (also a guy) and have one empty room as our old roommate is moving to Denver. My current roommate and I are both in our mid 20s, clean, and easy going. We both work in tech, like playing/watching sports, and enjoy board games. The house is smoke-free.
