Welcome to our lovely row home in quiet neighborhood. The beautiful 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath brick row home is conveniently located less than a block from Roxborough shopping, 1 mile from downtown Manayunk and the Wissahickon Septa train station, a short walk to Wissahickon park and trail system and easily accessible to I-76.
The home has many recent upgrades including a new kitchen and refinished hardwood floors throughout. The shared spaces include two living areas, a dining room and an eat in kitchen. All of these spaces are nicely furnished and comfortable.
The bedroom is very large and has a nice bay window with built in storage and seating. The bedroom is on the second floor along with two other bedrooms and the shared full bathroom.
The house has two outdoor spaces - a front porch and a two tiered backyard deck.
About the roomies
The current tenants are two female graduate students and one dog. We are both study and work alot, but also love to experience all that Philadelphia has to offer.
