Looking for a female Sac State student to take over my lease at Hornet Commons (Student Living)! It is a room in a 4x2, private room and shared bathroom with one other person. The room comes furnished with a desk and a bed! (Willing to give my TV and bookshelf to whoever takes over) The monthly rent amount includes a parking fee for onsite parking and a pet rent fee so you can bring your fur baby! Fully furnished living spaces, new amenities, and a washer and dryer in the unit!

Three other female roommates living in the apartment! Very friendly, clean, and respectful! One of the other roommates has an older little dog who is super friendly and stays in her room for the most part.
