About the room
This home is in Katy. 14x13 room with walk in closet and private bathroom (not connected) This room is on the second floor. 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house near Katy Mills Mall! The total cost would be $700/month with everything included! I have in-house washer/dryer, great AC/heat, unlimited internet, and the whole house is already furnished except the room. Backyard with covered patio. The bathroom would be exclusive to you. Gym with weights upstairs in the den. I may allow pet dog on case by case basis. Sorry, no cats!
Must: Valid ID, pass background & credit check, deposit (fully refundable) due at signing, non-smoker.
Due to having my daughter staying with me often, her safety is my main concern, background checks are a must.
About the roomies
I am the home owner of 5 years. Recently divorced.
I have 3 dogs (Corgi, Golden Retriever & Husky) that I only allow downstairs.
I currently have 1 other male (age 60) roommate in the house also.
