Hi! 1,400 sq ft condo. Corner unit, on first floor. Very safe area. In unit washer/dryer. Five minutes from Norfolk Outlets. Two bedroom, two private full bathrooms. Large spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen with updated appliances. Clean and maintained landscaping by association. Maintenance does a good job. Have had very little issues at all. I love the place, that’s why I’m looking to try to stay! :)

I would be the only roommate! And I’m only looking for one roommate! My friend is moving out end of June. I am quiet, clean, always pay my rent on time, never late for a bill, I have my own social circle so I’m not always home or in the way. I rarely bring my friends over.
