Maslin Street

This townhome is located right by Summerport and walking distance to the Lakeside Plaza. The community pool is directly across the street. About 15-20 minutes from Downtown Winter Garden and 10-15 minutes from Horizon West/Hamlin area.

There is parking available on the street if that is something that you are okay with. Windermere High School and Horizon West Middle School are the two schools close by, so this neighborhood consists of many families who have school-aged children, but overall, a quiet neighborhood - you can hear the Disney fireworks at night before bed :)

It is just myself at the moment so the only thing that I ask is to maintain the cleanliness of the house - common areas. I do not have pets since I am a teacher and my schedule does not allow me the time I would like to dedicate to a pet, so please no pets. I am a Debate coach so most of my Saturdays I will be at a tournament with the team, so I would ideally like to find someone who can either stay at the house or be gone at the same time I would be (someone who works weekends or travels for work).
