The Room has a connecting balcony on the 4th floor of the building. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, both shared and since there is a female roommate already living, it will be easier to share the bathroom space for either a girl or a guy. The whole apartment, including the room is furnished and there is an extra TV in the room itself.
There are 3 other people living in this spacious 4 bed 2 bath apartment. 1 Female and 2 Male. All of us are in our mid 20’s. We are very neat and systematic about the place.
