Price for rent: $1,215 /mo. + utilities (internet, electricity, trash, parking (optional) roughly $150 per month including Wi-Fi). Reference Address: Park Center Drive, Alexandria, VA (22302) There are two bus stops in front of the building with free buses all the time, that takes you to metro station in 10 minutes (Pentagon Station). The apartment is located in a walkable distance from a Harry’s Teeter, across the street from a gym (but we also have a gym available in the building) and the area has easy walk, bike, or scooter access. About the common areas: you are going to share the living room, kitchen and laundry room with her. Paid parking is optional, since there’s street parking around the building too. In case you decide to pay for parking the fee is $25. The whole apartment gets a LOT of sunlight during the day, and the windows are huge. About your room: large windows, walk-in closet , spacious room and private bathroom.

About your roommate: A girl, 24 years old, work from home most of the time, enjoy going out time to time, but usually just prefer staying at home chilling and sipping a lil drink. She have a boyfriend who comes over once or twice a week max. She currently don’t have any pets, but she is willing to having yours if they’re well behaved. Her ideal roommate: someone clean, that can communicate and set and respect boundaries together, reasonable when it comes to receiving guests (they are welcome, but cannot live in the apartment with us or come 7 days a week - unless you have an exceptional occasion where a friend is visiting you for a week or something like that, just give her heads up)
