Unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom to share with VERY part time roommates (husband/wife with 2 yellow labs that visit only on some weekends) in 2 bedroom 2 bath in prime location at River Pines in Edwards. This is our home we share. Shared furnished kitchen and living area and deck overlooking the bike path. Walk to Riverwalk amenities. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, grill provided. Must be conscientious and clean. Underground heated parking when part time roommates not there, when they are, outdoor parking available. Must love dogs, but cannot have a pet. Utilities and internet included. $1,500 per month. 12 month lease. First last and security required for move in. Date available May 1st.

Husband and wife, (57 and 68), 2 beautiful well behaved yellow labs. Active, love to ski and golf. Love to cook. Very part time, live in front range. Visit mostly Friday-Sunday night visits, average 2-3/month. Chiropractor/Acupuncturist/ Animal Chiropractor by trade. We run our Family practice in Loveland.
