Aubrey's room

Hey friends! I’ll have one of two rooms available in this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom two-story house in Southwest Austin at the beginning of June. I’m ideally looking to rent only one of the rooms but am open to renting both rooms under the right circumstances. Ladies preferred!

Rent is $1,650 per month (it’s a large property so price includes pool care & lawn maintenance) plus utilities which would probably be about $150/person, not really sure yet. If 3 people were to move in, rooms would probably be $1,200 for the larger room and $900 for the smaller room.

P.S. there is another potential rental on the property that may be available soon as well. $1,500 per month for a 750 sq ft guesthouse. Again, reach out for further details!

About me: Native Austinite, currently work from home. I’d consider myself an extroverted introvert as I love hanging with friends and hosting parties but definitely appreciate my alone time and Netflix binges😅 I love cooking and wine nights. Looking for a roomie who wants to be friends too!

2 cats and 1 dog already living in the house so prefer no other pets please!
