Private bedroom available in a shared home in Clarendon! The house has two bathrooms, so you will share with one other person. Utilities are around $150 per month (including WiFi). The house is just three blocks away from the main strip of bars/restaurants in Clarendon (Spider Kelly’s, Don Tito’s etc.) and within walking distance to the Clarendon Metro station, Trader Joe’s, etc. The shared areas of the home are fully furnished. We have a screened-in porch and a large fenced-in backyard. We have one parking spot in the driveway but you can also register for a parking permit to park on the street (only required M-F from 8am - 5 pm). Lease ends at the end of September with the potential to renew.

Kylie, 25 - Works from home, enjoys being active, hiking, frisbee, roller skating, painting, movies, going to bars, and hanging with friends!

Angela, 27 - Works from home. Active, works out, travels, hikes, foodie, enjoys movies, dancing, and hosting friends at the house!

We are in the process of filling another room, so there will be four people living in the house at the time of move-in. :)
