A great and spacious apartment right at the end of town in the borough of West Chester! 1100 square feet bi-level unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Living room, kitchen and 1 full bathroom on the first floor. 2 large bedrooms with 12 foot ceilings and another full bathroom on the second floor.

I am a 27 year old working professional with a 3 year old 75 lbs dog who is very friendly. I work in Philly 4 days per week and am gone for most of the day. I also work from home and operate my own virtual nutrition business. When I’m not working I’m either at the gym, going for a hike with my dog, or grabbing food/drinks in town. Roommate must be willing to share duties keeping the apartment clean and be respectful of the space. No students.
