Paul's room

I am a 24yo single male. I recently bought a home in Conyers GA. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. I live in the master bedroom with my own bathroom. I am considering the idea of renting out the other 2 bedrooms. Let me know if you’re interested. There is a bathroom in the hallway I will never use if I have a tenant or tenants. Rooms are unfurnished and are a decent size. Rooms will be available as of June if I decide to rent out my rooms. In addition Internet, Water, Trash, Electricity, and Gas will be divided evenly among myself and all tenants. I will provide an original copy of all utility bills on the first of each month so everyone knows Im being transparent and charging the honest amount. You must have a decent credit score, provide 2 months of bank statements, have a referral from a previous landlord, a consistent Income at least 3x the rent, and a good criminal background. No pets allowed.

I work the night shift and I keep to myself. I just want a nice, clean, quiet roommate who won’t destroy my house, who pays rent, and who keeps to themselves. I am new to Georgia.
