Yani's room

Choice 1 of 2 guest bedrooms. Only one will be rented, other will be vacant. One is bigger than the other, but smaller one has golf course view. Property is very clean, no pets (none allowed). Pool (Not heated, but 80+ degree water from June through October), laundry, T.V., internet, A/C, laundry, furnished room, own bathroom. Treadmill and Peloton stationary bike are available for workouts.

I’m a travel nurse, my husband is retired and he takes good care of the house, cleans and cooks. I may or may not be present at the house, depending if I’m on a travel assignment. Parking available in driveway only.
