This is a beautiful, open, air and very spacious 2bed, 2.5 bath condo, north downtown an Indianapolis in the Herron Morton area. The room is very spacious with its own full bath inside. A bed is included. Nice size room and nice closet space. Tons of walkable things to do in the area.

Living solo in this is spacious unit. Have never had a Roomate but the guest room is just sitting and can be utilized. Female preferably. There’s plenty of space in which you will have the perfect amount of privacy to feel right at home. I do have a 2 yr old Boston terrier. He is very fun and loving, so a plus if you don’t mind pets. Looking for 3-month rental with extension opportunity.
