Renaissance Park Apartments is a great place to live. Quiet neighborhood, right on the bus line and the greenbelt. Close to shopping, parks, and the freeway but not too close to the freeway. Complex has a swimming pool, fitness room, barbecues, clubhouse. Beautiful landscaping with lots of trees. Several parking lots with unreserved parking. The bedroom has a closet and a window and is about average size. The bathroom has a tub and shower, medicine cabinet and under sink storage.

My sister and I live in this ground floor apartment. We are older non-students, fun loving, easy going, friendly and respectful. We share the large bedroom and other bathroom. There’s a washer dryer in the unit. The living room is average size and there is an enclosed patio. We have been pleasantly surprised how quiet it is in this complex. We do hear the tenants upstairs walking but it doesn’t bother us very much. The apartment is furnished however we can remove the furniture in your bedroom if you have your own furniture. The furniture that we can leave in your bedroom for you to use, as needed, includes a queen mattress on a box spring, headboard, small bookshelf, side table, and a long, narrow table with two drawers. Your bedroom will have a typical average size closet.
