Less than a 15 minute walk from the green, yellow, and red metro lines, one block from 3 bus lines, and 7 minute walk for S2 bus. Near the shops and restaurants along 18th Street and the U Street Corridor, across the street from public tennis courts and a rec center, walk-able to Rock Creek Park, and the National Zoo. Soccer and flag football leagues are directly across the street as well (VOLO). Trader Joe’s a 12 min walk. Monthly cleaning at no extra cost. Bike room in building.

I work from home so I’m around during the day, but am gone a lot in the evening for sports. I go out on the weekends to museums and bars and there’s a good variety of both within easy access.
