The property is right next to Lone Tree Golf course, and has a trail for walking or biking. The listing is for the whole downstairs/basement area in my townhome. It includes a living space, private walk out patio, linen closet, gas fireplace, private bathroom, the bedroom, and a shared laundry room as well as a large shared storage. The basement has large full size windows, allowing plenty of light for plants and such. Upstairs you will have access to the shared living room, a large outdoor deck, the dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen with an island, and a guest bath.

I am a student in the service industry so sometimes I am home very late due to work or just going out with friends after work. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family and/or going out to concerts.

I am looking for someone that is very clean and tidy, respectful of others’ space and belongings, a good communicator, and someone that is a team player when it comes to house chores.
