I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 2BR/2BA apartment in Avalon Silicon Valley, Sunnyvale. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants. It is a month-to-month lease and the room is available from May 1, 2023. Rent is $1,995 per month and utilities are around ~$50 per month.
About the unit and community:
It is a spacious 1054 sq ft, ground floor apartment with an additional storage room that’s not visible in the floor plan. It is the master bedroom (14x11ft) with an attached bathroom, a large walk-in closet and access to patio, In-unit washer and dryer. Centralized air conditioning.
The community is secure, entry is permitted only with a key fob. One parking space in the garage. Swimming pools, dog park and sauna in the community.
