• Hi, I’m looking to (RELET) my apartment to a couple or clean and polite individual. There is currently one room in the unit already rented to a female couple. The other side of the apartment is available.
Lease can be extended or renewed for same rate.
Rent is $1,200 per month. You must submit a application with proof of income.
Electric, Sewer and Wi-fi split per room. Gas is billed with rent.

About the roomies
Very friendly & clean female couple. We have enjoyed our stay with them & have never had an issue. We all love game nights, video games, watching movies and talking about experiences.
