About the room
We are a house about a block away from UMD. We have 2 cats and a dog and are unable to get any other pets.
We have two open bedrooms. Depending on how many roommates we have rent will either be 370 or 465.
We’re are a pretty clean household and are flexible when we need to be. We have had a chore chart in the past and plan to continue it.
We very much prefer people around our age (18-22ish). We’re also open to people who are in a steady relationship (preferably if you’ve been together longer than 6 months).
About the roomies
Alyssa and Audrey (me) are a couple and plan to love here until we’re done with college.
We have one other roommate who is just moving in this year that is friendly and neat.
