I’m looking for someone to move into a 2BD/2BR in Bethesda starting in early July, because I’m moving for a job. This would not be a subletting situation; this complex allows you to break the lease and generate new leases at any time with a new tenant.

The other roommate is in her mid 20s. Looking for another woman mid 20s or older (open to a male roommate if the fit is right).

You will have a private bedroom and a private full bath. The rent is $1215 per month without electricity and WiFi. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.

The apartment is minutes from the Grosvenor metro, as well as I-270, several grocery stores, Wildwood Shopping Center and Pike & Rose. The bus transit time to the metro (including the walks) is 7 min total. The apartment also has an outdoor pool and a gym, as well as incredibly responsive maintenance and good upkeep. Parking is $10 per month.
