This complex is great to live at in a one bedroom, one bathroom. The bedroom listed will be furnished with a full-size bed, bedside table, TV stand, and a computer desk. I have been living here since October 2022 with six more months remaining on the lease that I will be contributing to paying. Bedroom will be furnished with bed, side table, TV stand, TV, dresser, and desk. Living room is completely vacant. Appliances rarely used in the kitchen. It’ll be as if you’re renting your own personal apartment. Looking for someone to possibly sub-lease, but if the option isn’t available then renting the room with only a background check will suffice.
