We have a wonderful co-living space for students, young professionals, artists, musicians, and more. This co-living space is only 10 minutes from Santa Monica, and it’s great for those who want to live 5 minutes from SMC. You’ll love how accessible our community is. You can work or relax in our co-working spaces, which include a photo studio and podcast equipment. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi, the internet, and television. All utilities, cleaning, and supplies are included. We provide regular cleaning as well. The lease is easy to sign.
It is an environment with good vibes, they are students or people who work, many are actors, producers or dancers, it is a place where people know how to respect each other and create good friend! :)
