Hi, I’m John and I’m looking for someone to share this beautiful brick bungalow that is only 4 blocks from Wash Park. This space consists of a renovated garden-level apartment with 2 bedrooms (both about the same size), 1 large bathroom (dual sinks), and full kitchen with it’s own entrance off the front of the house, as well as an entrance to the backyard - the main floor and garden level apartment are 100% separated from each other - we do share a storage and a laundry room with a newer washer and dryer with the main floor renters. We get to save on utilities, as they are shared with the main-level tenants above.

I lived in this space this past year and want to stay - so hope you’ll enjoy it too. This garden-level apartment gets really good light all day and stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This space is also very dog friendly with easy access to the side yard for doing its business which also has a bit of artificial grass making this space ideal for pups or simply a nicer entrance to your space. I don’t have any pets, but it’s cool with me if you do. The front porch is amazing (you can even see over the houses across the street and see mountains).

• This monthly rent is $1000 with matching security deposit for the 12 month lease.
• Most dogs are welcome with a $25/month pet fee and $200 deposit. *The room is available April 1st
