We’re looking for a quiet roommate that is responsible, great at picking up after themselves, pays rent on time, and is just great to have around. The place is really nice that’s the reason we want to stay. I’ve never had any complaints about management other than the occasional water/internet shutoff for maintenance. You do get a car spot in the garage.

First floor is Garage/Patio, Second floor is a half bathroom, Full modern/gas kitchen, and huge living room, Third floor is 2 bedrooms/1bathroom, and a master bedroom with it’s own bathroom and walk in closet and 2.5x the amount of room than the other bedrooms. We’re trying to fill the medium sized bedroom as I take up the small, and Noah takes the master/large room (we do adjust rent based on room size)

You do have to fill out few papers to get onto the lease, but it’s simple and there’s no deposit to pay, and I’ll guide you through it! 801-/651-/7137

I have 2 roommates right now, but recently one of them got a job offer out of town and has to move Asap, leaving myself and Noah. I’m a Youth facilitator at a nearby After school and a night shift EMT on the weekends. I have a 12 year-old Cat named Pogchamp. I enjoy playing video games and going to the gym.

Noah is a cool guy that works managing construction and has a cat named Bella (she doesn’t like my cat) He loves breaking bad/better call Saul and recently I got him into Attack on titan.
