About Rental
This is short term or long term rental on a month to month 30 days written Lease, either party will need to give a thirty day written notice. You will be sharing with owner/s who respect your privacy.
Rental is $800 which includes all utilities plus Wi-fi, you have your own bedroom, bathroom and lounge with 32“ TV with Firestick, small fridge with Microwave full access to kitchen and laundry area, just bring your bags.
The property is completely fence, safe and quite. Street Parking providing, views of the Catalina Mountains.
There’s no drugs, outside smoking only. Sorry no pets. We required proof of COVID Vaccination, plus reference. Serious inquires only.
About the roomies
We are middle aged married couple quiet and respectfully. Keep our house clean and tidy.
