I am a young wfh professional looking for a quiet, clean, reliable, and respectful female roommate to occupy a double room starting in April. Serious inquiries only.

The room is very spacious, with good lighting and may be somewhat furnished, but will likely be unfurnished. Pictured is the empty room to show the space.

All other spaces are furnished, shared spaces, including an eat-in kitchen. You’re welcome to share most anything in my home!

One block away from Q train, laundry, and stores. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, and a very easy commute into the city.

Water and heat are included in utilities and we have reliable fios internet. Price listed reflects rent + average utilities. This unit is non-smoking.

I am fairly easygoing, responsible, and friendly and love having a safe, comfortable, and harmonious home! I rarely have guests over and am mindful and clean in shared spaces. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions!
