Room for rent! Please read the entire post!

Hello! we have a spare room we are looking to fill! rent is $815 which INCLUDES UTILITES.

The rental term is month to month.

First and last month’s rent due at move-in.

One occupant per room, and we try to keep our tenants in our age range of 21-35ish

We have a laundry room upstairs.

The bathroom is shared between three rooms but there is a half bath located downstairs as well.

We are located in Duluth, about 45 minutes away from Atlanta. We also have plenty of restaurants, parks, and grocery stores nearby.

We have two dogs, they both love people and aren’t excessive barkers. Unfortunately, they don’t like other animals in their home so no other pets are allowed other than caged critters.

We decorate heavily for some of the holidays, so if you aren’t into that type of thing we might not be the house for you.

A bit about us:

Hello! My name is Amber and my boyfriend’s name is Calvin, we are both 26 and I would say we are pretty easygoing and social. We both like to go hiking and camping in our spare time, play some video games, cook, and garden.

We are looking for roommates who are clean, considerate, and responsible.

Amber & Calvin: 27 & 26, both work we have two dogs who are very kind to people but don’t like other pets. We are head of house hold.

John- will only be here until about June, works often 28 years old
