Very quiet neighborhood w/ great neighbors (Security Widefield). Single family home with 4 bedrooms 2 baths. If you rent with me you would have the large bedroom downstairs with a walk-in closet along with your own bathroom. The bathroom is a walk-in shower only no bathtub. The washer and dryer are located in this bathroom unfortunately. But you would also get the additional living room downstairs to yourself. The only common area we would share would be the kitchen and laundry. I currently use the other bedroom downstairs as storage. The area is unfurnished (feel free to furnish and decorate as you please). This is not a party house! No smoking inside the home.

I am a very clean, kind, and quiet person. I work full time M-F and also go to school. I live alone with my small dogs. Looking for a clean, responsible, and quiet female to rent my downstairs area to. I am very respectful of other peoples space and privacy and looking for someone whos personality vibes with mine.
