Private room with own bathroom. The rest of the condo is shared space. The unit has a washer/dryer. All of the home is furnished except for the bedroom.

The community has a pool with jacuzzi and grills. Community gym is available for use if you sign up for a small fee of about $30/mo.

Rent includes utilities. (Internet, Electric, Water, Trash, etc.)

I do have a stacked garage, but I am flexible with who parks where just depending on personal schedule, we’ve always been able to make it work.

One perk is I have 4 dogs. Two small, two larger. So unfortunately I cannot accept any more pets, and someone who is comfortable with dogs is a MUST as they are my babies. Rent may be flexible if you are willing to help walk and feed them on days I work long shifts!!
