Aric's room

I am renting and my lease is up at the end of October, unsure if I will renew or do month-to-month. So expect 6-7month terms just to be safe. Located in Canton, MI right off of Michigan Ave and close to Ypsilanti. The neighborhood is safe and well maintained. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is furnished. Private bathroom right across the hall from private room. All utilities included. I do use the 1-car attached garage but there is plenty of free parking in the street. Overall the condo is about 1650sq feet and is 2 beds, 2.5 baths. We each will have one of each and the half bath can be shared.

It is just me living in the property. Once in a while I may have my friends or family over but will give notice. I am clean, quiet and try to keep to myself. The walls are kind of thin, so I always try to keep it down. If there is ever a problem or you don’t like something just let me know, I am understanding and accommodating.
