One partially furnished room in Rio Rancho/Enchanted Hills house for rent. I am a 40 year old professional male. There is one other tenant in the house, a male in his 30s. We are clean, quiet, and respectful of each other’s space. Your room is clean; nice flooring (no carpet). The house is cleaned regularly, quiet, and spacious. You are free to use the kitchen and any appliances therein.

Room: 9.5 x 10; $650. Pay your share of internet, gas, electricity.

Full size closets. Bathroom shared with one other tenant.

Would like to rent to someone who:

• is clean, quiet, polite
• easygoing, doesn’t mind music being played in the living room on a regular basis
• respectful of common areas, storage, and personal space

Would not like to rent to someone who:

• does drugs regularly, parties at home
• needs an excessive amount of emotional re-assurance
