Condo Specs: Three-story condo with 3 bed/3.5 bath, gated complex, full kitchen, small patio, small balcony, washer and dryer, small and large living rooms, access to gas grill and clubroom, cool neighbors, and generally quiet.
The condo is close to 22, I5, 55, and 405.
The price is $850, plus utilities. (avg. $160). I am asking for the first and last month’s payment upfront, in addition to a $500 deposit.
