Space in the kitchen and pantry. Shared refrigerator. Rent includes utilities, internet, laundry room and access to kitchen. Also, community pool and gym. House is in good neighborhood (S. Temecula-Wolf Creek) less than 10 minutes from the Promenade Mall and the 15 freeway. Close to bus stops. Must be employed and have steady income. Must like pets.

The room is single occupancy and NO smoking/drugs/pets/excessive drinking or illegal activities. This is a family home and renter will be checked under Megan’s Law. $500 deposit. . Wolf Creek/Pechanga Pkwy.

It is myself, my son, daughter and one other tenant. We are all upstairs, 3 of us work 40+ hours a week and tenant t is here about 1 or 2 times a week. All are young adults, quiet and respectful.
