Upstairs Room 2 Bedroom Upstairs Ranch with a beautiful family room with a real fireplace. Fully Furnished. Shared with my elder mom who will be in Texas until late Spring 2026.

I would like to keep wall space for my book shelves and share the room as needed. My husband never goes into the basement and I only plan on going into the basement to access my storage rooms or library. • Semi-private study landing area below stairs • Semi-private laundry room • Private parking space with its own entrance from paved road • Private garden area

The perfect roommate would be relatively quiet and very clean. We are in our 80’s but still active. Due to allergies, Cats and Dog are not allowed. We like to celebrate but we would prefer someone who is not going to through a kegger party. We are NOT 420 friendly and ask that those substances are not in our home. We are easy to get along with and very approachable. We spend most of our time in Texas, especially during the Winter. We would like to have an extra set of eyes around the property. We are Christians and support Donald Trump and would prefer someone who is not offended by President Trump.
