Raquel's room

We are two grad international students and we are going back home for the summer! We are looking to sublease our 2 bed 1 bath totally-furnished apartment whike we are gone. The rent price is for each room but we are open to rent both or just one room depending on your needs.

The apartment is totally furnished and equipped as we actually live here the rest of the year. From a living room with tv, to an expresso machine in the kitchen, to work spaces in our rooms, we have tried to make this place our home and we hope whoever stays here also feel it and treat it like that.

The apartment is 5 minutes-walking distance from Sample Gates, Luddy School, and Kelly School just to mention some examples. It also has an assigned parking lot that you can use.

We are two female grad students at The Media and Luddy school, respectively. There is no much relevance at talking about us as you won’t be living with us, but regarding what matters, we like colorful and original pieces. You will see that all over the place. We also like to keep things neat and clean.
